This residential resort community is located on approximately 4,000 acres and includes 6,000 home sites and approximately 1,200 acres of greenbelt, park, or recreation area with some of the boundaries adjoining Tahoe National Forest. Tahoe Donner® was originally established in the early 1970’s, so there are homes and cabins varying in age throughout the subdivision.
